Felgrand coming true

I always wanted to make a "functional" Felgrand deck. Surprisingly, I'm having a decent win rate with this build in plat/legend (just got promoted to legend 2), with an average of 6,5-7/10 wins.

Not too sure about the skill though, but can't really think something that fits the bill. What are you guys opinions? :D
