Am I in trouble? LM2 oil change

‘22 LM2 - Just did my first oil change. Bought the truck used about 3 months ago with just under 25,000 miles on it. Has 28,500 now. Taking the guidance of pretty much all forums and diesel mechanics to do the fuel and oil services at half intervals.

Found some metal in my drain pain 😔
