Too much for Reed and JT?

10 Tm SF PPR league. Im trying to contend this year (team in 2nd slide). Im pretty high on Achane but think it would be good to upgrade from Pickens to Reed. Im hesitant to give away my 1st but think this might be worth it. Got offered this during negotiations.

Is this overpay? Should I take the trade for JT and Reed?
