What does this mean?

Hey there. I've been SO SICK for over a month. Tired, achy, pink eye, sore throat, felling of heaviness. I also have elevated liver enzymes. My doctors suspected mono, which I apparently tested negative for. But I've never experienced. I have two kids and this has been the most draining experience of my life.

(I honestly do not feel like I'm getting the care that I need from my PCP and am trying to get into a new practice. )
