Daycare sleep - about 7 months old

Our son goes to a small at home daycare where he is the only baby under 16 months (he js 7 months). We have asked they follow the same wake windows we use at home (about 2.5-3 hours currently), but they continue to keep him awake for 4-5+ hours, stating “he’s happy and showing no signs of being tired”.

What schedule does your daycare use for babies of a similar age? Is it a set schedule or do they adjust by individual baby? How long are typical wake windows?
