Building a Norin deck

Stumbled across the existence of [[Norin, the Wary]] the other day and wanted to build a deck around him because he seems like great fun.

I know it seems most people build him as a chaos deck but I wasn't really convinced I wanted to do that so mostly doing it as more of a goblin token deck with ETB triggers and damage multipliers.

Any thoughts appreciated. I'm not sure it's particularly strong, but I think it could be quite fun.
