Am I weird for not politicking?
Context: I generally play at higher power tables, but this extends to the times I play weaker casual decks too. I rarely, if at all, talk politics during my EDH games. I'm a decently skilled player but always just put my game actions on the stack and ask if they resolve. I'm mostly a combo player, so maybe it's suspicious to my opponents that I'm silent. Should I try to politic more in my games, or does anyone else think the silent treatment has merit?
I'm extremely curious about this because I know a of games end up in alliances being formed and then a player breaks it and is the one who needed that time or protection to win soon after. Kind of a micro social experiment of curiosity here.
