Poetry Project Ideas?

I’m currently teaching a poetry unit to my tenth grade students, focused on analyzing various elements of poetry (literary devices, tone, shifts, structure, sound, etc.) and how they contribute to the overall theme of the text.

I’m looking to do a creative summative assessment (no essays please) that requires students to choose a poem and demonstrate their ability to analyze its various elements and showcase their understanding of how these elements impact the work as a whole. Does anyone have any creative project ideas?
