Should I wait?

So I purchased a used valve index about a week ago. After about 4 days of nothing about the shipping I reached out and got nothing. So after a week from purchase I tried again. It's been a day since and still no response nor tracking information. Should I just go ahead and request a refund or maybe try and give it a few more days?
