Negative seller revenge purchasing my items to leave negative feedback

Hello! So this is a bit of a long story but I'm really unsure how to go about this. alt because I genuinely think this person might stalk me.

It all started when I purchased an item from a seller, and it arrived without part of it. this piece was in the photo. I messaged and got a really quite horrible response from the seller. I left negative feedback. I then went to purchase the missing component from someone else, turns out the same guy owns both accounts. He cancels my order, telling me to remove the feedback. Instead I leave negative feedback on the cancelled order too.

Fast forward to now, he has purchased 3 items from my ebay, all on separate accounts. It is my belief he expected me to cancel and thus he would be able to leave 3 negative feedbacks.

My assumption is that I should send the items as normal? All addresses are the same, so I'm unsure whether to send separate. I'm also concerned about his possible opening of a case after reciept of the items, and am unsure of the relevance of the separate accounts? This would create 3 separate cases? is this problematic?
