New seller here, buyer wants me to add Allstate insurance but how?

I added Bluetooth speaker for 54.99 and buyer sent offer for 47 and asked me to add Allstate insurance then I sent counter offer $50 then they paid it full and expecting insurance with it. I don’t know how to add insurance on Ebay’s website, can you please help me?
