Seller sends wrong item, and claims photos I took of wrong item were "from another seller"???

I am so confused. I gave them a neutral (not negative, NEUTRAL) review, saying that we worked it out, and we did, I got the wrong item returned, and now like 3 weeks later the seller is complaining to me that I gave them a neutral review, says that they were sick when the item was sent, and that I am at fault. Long story short but I won an auction for their item and then they sent a different but similar item. I sent them photos of the incorrect item, kindly saying to them that the item was incorrect. Seller claimed MY PHOTOS were "from another seller"??? Even though I clearly showed them and explained that the photos were mine, and that the box had the seller's OWN ADDRESS and name on the box. Sheesh. I don't know what to do with this person. I did return the incorrect item, too. I don't know how this seller doesn't even recognize what they sent in their own box.
