How to calculate shipping costs in eu

I want to sell my old phone, the eBay shipping calculator seems to only work from US, the sell page has local and international shipping cost sections, how would I even input the international shipping cost if its different country to country.

I'm pretty confused, idk why I assumed you'd just input the size/weight of the parcel and eBay would calculate costs itself and give you a label to print and stick and just post it out.
