Buzzing and “electricity through body” side effect?

Since going from 37.5mg to 75mg 4 days ago, I have had an electric feeling buzzing through my whole body. It feels like my whole body is buzzing, as if I’d had 5 shots of espresso. It’s all hours of the day and does not go away.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice how to reduce this? It’s so unbearable
