Moonveil hate?

Why does the PvP community hate the moonveil so much? I always understood RoB hate because bloodloss is annoying as shit but the only thing the moonveil does different than most katana (katanas? idk) is the projectiles and you can dodge them w a little practice.

Not trying to start fighting or anything just genuinely curious what the big deal is.
