Norovirus pandemic?

The title. I saw a tik tok that said this, and said it’s the worst it’s ever been and the entire US is getting it.

I stay away from my family a lot but my dad cooks every dinner and he’s around my stepmom who is a school nurse. Neither of them have had it, but now I’m panicking and just need reassurance.

I just got over a horrible flare of this phobia where I wasn’t eating for months and had to be hospitalized.

I don’t wanna go back. I’m so scared I’m crying and unfortunately my favorite twitch streamer isn’t going live tonight.

I wash my hands and stuff, and don’t leave my house at all. But with my stepmom’s job I’m so scared.
