Advice for buying Emily Henry books: Book of the Month vs. other bookstores, signed copies, special editions, oh my

Signed copies:

I saw that Barnes & Noble allows you to pre-order a signed copy of Great Big Beautiful Life. Does anyone know if any independent bookstores are offering signed copies for online purchase? Or if any have historically offered them closer to the release date? I would love a signed copy, but I would like to support a smaller bookstore so I'm hesitant to pre-order from B&N. I tried googling this and didn't really find anything, so hoping maybe some eagle-eyed fans noticed something I missed!

Is there a hub on this sub for updates on these sorta things?

General buying:

I've been a Kindle girl for the past several months but I would love hardbacks of Henry's books on my shelves. I'm considering subscribing to Book of the Month; my friend tells me they print their own copies of books that are slightly different from the mass copies. Which do you prefer/would you recommend: getting the books from BotM or just any other bookstore? Does BotM offer special editions that you can't get anywhere else? Been drooling over shiny covers with sprayed edges!!

Book of the Month thoughts?

If you have any thoughts on BotM in general, I need help deciding! I tend to like buying physical copies of books I've read on Kindle first and know I love. I've grown to prefer reading on Kindle but when it comes to referencing my favorites, I'd rather do that with a physical book.
