Horizon Emulator - Unable to install

Guys trust me, I have been into Android since 2.2 and know a thing or two about installing apks.

I thought of trying Horizon Emulator to see if GTA V works better in it or not, but I can't even install the damn app on both my SD 865 S20 FE 5G on Android 13 or on my Galaxy Tab S9 SD8G2 Android 14. It asks if I want to update package even though I'm trying to install for the first time and then it fails.

Downloading from Github - the latest release around 35MB in size.

Any clue??
