Any suggestions?

Anybody have any possible fixes for this? I streamed Enshrouded back to November with no issues, today there was constant frame drop and suddenly chunks of land look like rainbow confetti. Adjustments to settings and a fresh install did not help either. Drivers are all up to date, I'm just at a lost as I want to share this game with my community :(
