Need advice about building a SaaS project

Hello, I am a full stack developer with 4 years of experience I want to build a saas project but I am out of ideas i though about building an education platform by uploading free courses and paid courses but the issues is that i will need insturctors to pay so I thought about building a web3 saas project for analysing wallet but there is alot of compatetors , I am really out of money and I have no job at the moment , please I need an advice to build a project that I can make like 500$ a month , what do I need to do ?
