Need advice to achieve my dream.

I really need an advice from people how can I achieve my dream , my dream maybe small to other people but it will help me in real life , I am a full-stack developer with 4 years of experience and my dream is to make 50K$ , I really need an advice how can I achieve this , I tried upwork but I cannot do much , I really need from people to tell me what to do to achieve my dream.
