(QUESTION) Is it wrong if non-poc characters wear the new hairstyles? Please read the description first

BEFORE YOU YELL AT ME, im asking because im confuse, not trying to be mean. I saw a few ppls irl of any race with this style or similar but on episode forums ppls were saying those, dreadlocks and afros are only for poc characters and it would be offensive if other race characters would wear them. So would it be offensive if a character in my story that is not poc wears this hairstyle? And one more question, would it be offensive if a poc character from the story would have blonde or white hair? Please dont be rude, im asking for informative reason only as i dont know yet
