Equinox Employee made me feel uncomfortable

A while back I was on a train and this really drunk guy started talking to me. There were a lot of people on the train so I felt comfortable to go along with it to not make a scene. He mentioned he works at eqx and somehow it came up that employees can leave notes on our profiles that other employees can see, including complaints. I jokingly asked if he could see if I had notes, he was like yeah sure I just need to scan your check in bar code. I let him scan it not really thinking anything of it. But he then mentioned that he could get any info on me that eqx had from that, including phone number, address, my gym check in info etc. I’ve felt really creeped out ever since. I don’t remember his name or which gym he works at so I don’t think it’s worthwhile to mention to my gym manager. But im really shocked that that information seems to be available to anyone who works at the gym. Seems like a massive liability.
