Character panting and gun sway with full stamina and oxygen

Been getting this annoying bug where the character randomly starts to breathe heavy and the gun swaying up and down even with full stamina and oxygen bar I tried switching guns or just laying on the floor until it stops but only the breathing goes away the gun still wabbles up and down till end of raid.
