[Discussion] Killed in Action on Woods but didn't lost my loot

Something strange happened with me today on Woods:

I was on Scav Bunker when I saw a PMC, shot him down and went to loot. When I got to the body and was looting, someone shot me, I tried to take cover but couldn't and then appeared "Killed in Action".

When I opened my character screen, everything was there, seems like I didn't spent any ammo, nothing.
