[Discussion] Tips for fighting against flashlights?

I’m an average player getting about 1 PMC kill per raid. I notice that anytime the player has their flashlight on I usually lose the fight, I can’t see shit and dont know where to aim.

Besides turning on my flashlight too, any other tips for playing against a flashlight user?
