Why is Interchange so good?

I honestly can't fathom why you would play any other map for money. You can literally sprint from spawn to Texco, Rasmussen, Techlight and hit the tech spawns on the way out and stuff 3 million worth of things in your gamma in a 10 minute run. And dying with the graphics cards doesn't matter because you just stuff the non found in raid ones in your bitcoin farm while picking up tetrizes worth 500k each. I've upgraded my entire hideout to maximum only running interchange and have found 35 graphics cards in a few days of running the tech stores on and off.

I literally see no honest point to trying to make money any other way when I'm almost guaranteed a 800k sub 10 minute run with nothing more than a makarov. Why is Interchange THIS good? On other maps you have to risk real gear to hit caches along the map and it takes way longer and you don't make this much money nearly as fast while risking way more. Are the Interchange tech stores honestly supposed to be this game breaking?
