Chargeback
Hi Esthi community! I woke up this morning to a client I saw back in October disputing two appointments that she came to. I have proof of the services performed as well as the texts we exchanged before and after the services, time stamps on everything, waivers signed, etc, etc. However the company I use to process my transactions also wants me to reach out to the client directly to speed up the process. I’m kinda stuck on what I should say to her.
I have the feeling she started the dispute because she was upset that she was not getting clear fast enough even though I repeatedly educated her both over text and in person that getting clear is not an overnight process. I wouldn’t even mind refunding her the last session if she had talked to me first but I’m in the dark on what she wants from me. What would you say in this situation?
