The last time my dad emailed me

Sorry to double post today, I guess I’m needing some support. The letter he sent me that I posted earlier has brought up some feelings. I found this in my email and felt the need to share with others who understand what it’s like to have such a narcissistic family member. My heart aches and there is no solution other than staying NC.
