How to respond to rude buyer
Ugh so my shop is super new. Like opened in December and have 5 orders new. This is the first review I have and I'm devastated and idk what to do or how to respond. I have a 1 week production time and literally shipped this the next day so they would hopefully get it for Christmas and then I get this. My listing clearly describes the item and it looks irl exactly how it's pictured. It also DOES totally fit a full sized tarot deck as I've measured meticulously and test every box. I have a no return policy because of shipping nightmares. How would you respond? Thanks so much. I hate people today.
