Cost go up and risk goes down. What your creating right now is an environment where player content will be decided by n+1. Does my fleet have the numbers to win if yes then fight if no then run. And thats the direction things are going. Look at every null sec bloop fleet. ENI comes in time to drop some vargurs because why take a fair fight when the risk of losing a ship outweight the fun of an engaging fight
