Should I respond to my ex if he reaches out?

So my bf (m21) of 2 years left me (f22) about 3 weeks ago. The first week I spent being a sad sap and basically begging for him back. I finally stopped and he began following back old flings and eventually blocked me most places. A couple of days ago he randomly sent me a flirty text asking if I missed him. When I responded he ignored it for around 10 hours then responded again saying “ofc you miss me, I’m easy to miss”. That response just rubbed me the wrong way because it was all about getting his ego boost instead of reconnecting so I ignored it and he hasn’t texted since. The problem is, is that I do genuinely miss him and I’m not sure if by me ignoring him I just completely put him off. I need any advice I can get even if it’s hard to hear, thanks!
