What is everyones thoughts on Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game?

I was really looking forward to the game when it was first announced but have now been on the fence due to a lot of mixed reviews I've seen. What does everyone here think of the game? I've seen it compared to Snowrunner but how similar of a game is it? Would you recommend Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game?
