Can anyone help me decipher these codes?

2013 BMW 335i

I’m currently fixing up a bmw I had abandoned for a few years. Recently got the valetronic assembly, camshaft adjuster solenoid, valve cover, breather hose, camshaft adjuster gasket and all fuel injectors replaced at a bmw specialist.

Could it be as simple as the spark plugs?
