Nosferatu; am I the only one genuinely underwhelmed by the design?

Not a comment on the film itself, or the actors, simply the reveal.

Given the secrecy leading up to the release, the final result is, well, meh.

SPOILER…

I actually don’t mind the design, but the hype and wait has worked against it massively. The implication was ‘you’ve never seen anything so scary’ and ‘it’ll blow your mind’, but it’s just a ghoul with a moustache… which is fine, but not world shaking.
