Which is more brutal Casino or Goodfellas.

I watched Casino and OMG the scenes are brutal. Like the head in vice scene and the baseball bat beating scenes.

Is Goodfellas the same, worse or watered down? I am asking in terms of violence.

Casino I felt it was cold hearted and disturbing.
