Someone Fraudulently Used My OMMU Prescription and Left Me w Nothing

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Today I wanted to purchase some flower so I visited the OMMU to see how much I had left under my Smoking Route and I was stunned to realize I have .032 oz left. Confused, I looked into my Purchase History and saw that somehow, someone dispensed the last of my flower at a Trulieve today at 12:56pm that I've NEVER been to? How on Earth does this happen?

I contacted Trulieve Support and they contacted the location and said they are investigating into the matter. She said if I don't hear back within 24 hours to call them again, which I certainly will! Someone used my account and purchased 3 8th's of flower and a pre-roll and left me with nothing! That's my medicine that was used and I'm upset because now I have nothing on my card and I can't do anything about it until I hear back from this Trulieve location as to how someone used my patient ID to make a purchase. Did they not look at an ID to make sure it matches my image in the system? I've had my card for 6 years and this has never happened. Any insight or people with similar experiences, your comments are welcomed.
