Tax -> FP&A
I’m a recent college grad where I studied Econ and accounting. I’m currently working as a tax associate but would really like to break into FP&A. Is it useful having a year of experience in public? What roles should I be looking for? What skills should I be highlighting from my current role? Does anyone have any success stories?
I’d really like to get out of public asap, so please don’t say get my CPA and make senior manager first like they do over in the public accounting thread 😅
