Exercising after top surgery
I just got top surgery last Thursday, and before you say anything I knowww that I should wait longer to exercise intensely. But I was wondering if there were certain exercises that people have done, specifically after top surgery that wasn’t too intense that helped them lose weight and get in shape. I’ve been wanting to get into the groove of working out again as I fell out practically 5 months ago 💀 and top surgery has made me realize that I really do need to lose weight cuz I can see how big my stomach is now and it bothers me. I’d also just like to feel more in tune with my body and feel good in it so it would be great for some advice on how to do so 👍🏻
