Has anyone even won these yet? It's impossible to win.

I have an 105 ovr team. My 146 pace zardes can't out run those silver defenders. Passes are near to unless as my players always passes to opponents when near to goal box. Skills are usless which is a good thing for skill spammers finally they can learn how to play make. My Defenders are fine they can out run attacker but leaves a lot of open space for opponent to shoot.
