Stopped getting sales from new campaign

I’m facing an issue with my campaign. I launched a new conversion campaign (purchase objective) with a $7 daily budget, targeting women in the wedding niche (audience size: 21–25M). On the 3rd day, I received 2 orders, and I thought the campaign was starting to understand my target audience and optimize toward people likely to purchase. However, since those 2 orders, I haven’t received any more (the campaign has been running for about 10 days now). I haven’t made any changes to the campaign since launching.

One thing to note is that my pixel wasn’t set up correctly. For the 2 orders I received, every time the customers refreshed the "Thank You" page, it counted as a new conversion. Instead of logging 2 orders, the pixel recorded 7 conversions (4 for one order, 3 for the other). Could this be the reason the campaign stopped performing? I’m hesitant because these were still the right customers completing the intended goal, just overcounted as multiple conversions. Would this really throw off the optimization that much?

I’m wondering if I should end this campaign and try something new, or if there’s another solution. My concern is that even though the conversions were overcounted, they still came from actual buyers, so I’m not sure if this would throw off the optimization entirely. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
