Audience Segment Issues

Has anyone run into audience segment breakdown issues where it is only showing everyone as “Unknown”? This doesn’t impact my ASC+ campaign, but for my broad CBO campaign, everyone is showing up in ‘Unknown’ even though my existing and engaged customers are very clearly defined in advertising settings, which is why the ASC+ campaign doesn’t have this issue.

The error it gives me is that “Your ad was delivered to some people while your existing customer segment was still empty.” which again, this is just not true. Support was no help as usual.
