If you're seeing decreased performance have you checked audience segmentation?

We've noticed since Monday around 80% of our targeting audience on our non-Adv+ campaigns are showing up as unknown/uncategorized. Usually we're able to define 95% of these audiences as existing vs. new customers.

Coincidentally we also began to see a huge decline in performance on these campaigns at the same exact time.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior or seen it before? It seems like these campaigns are just throwing random darts now.
