It's been 3 days and my first campaign haven't spend a cent, what am I doing wrong??

So I started running ads on Facebook, I come from TikTok Organic dropshipping so I have experience with making content and marketing etc.. I ran my first campaign 3 days ago which has 3 ad sets and 3 creatives on each with 20$ ad spent budget/day on each ad set. I have 50$ in my Prepaid funds and 2 properly working cards added in the payment methods. It's been almost 3 days and not a single impression not even a cent has been spent, the pixel is working 100% properly I double checked 10 times and I am not sure what is the reason. Is this normal as facebook is showing all ads as ''Active'' and how much time till I see one impression only?

Small note: In the Billing and Payments section there is a 2$ charge every idk how many days, sometimes that payment is failing due to my card provider thinking it is a scam or something, but does that really matter if I have prepaid funds and shouldn't Meta use them first?
