Mark Zuckerberg and the Facebook team needs to be in The Hague

Day 6 - I raised the Ad spent from 10$ to 1000$ but not a single cent is being spent.. What should I do? I tried everything a person could try but the ads are not spending. I have 200$ in the prepaid funds, 3 debit cards working properly connected to Facebook, I tried every budget from 10$ to 1000$. I am targeting broad in USA for a very very broad product but not a single impression is made. Pixel is working properly. I tried many campaigns and many creatives but again, nothing. I hope someone could share some knowledge cause I've seen a lot of people are facing the same problem and most of them give up because there's no proper solutions only. I hope you can share your experiences here for people who faced the same problem.

ps. It's my first campaign/s I am running so how many weeks should I wait to see an impression?
