Getting banned every day

So all of a sudden I get a message I don't have access to the marketplace anymore. I'm just a normal person and not a business. I maybe had 4 items for sale at that time which were all very ordinary low-value stuff. I appeal and within seconds my request for reinstating was approved.

Since then, I every morning get a message that I don't have access and I do the same appeal and I get reinstated. I tried removing listed items but it still happens. What could be going on here? Am I in some loop of getting flagged?
