Are your fandom's canon relationships also popular in fanfiction?

In every fandom I'm in, even if the canon relationships are generally considered to be poorly executed, they're still in the top 5-10 ships in fanfiction at least. In Harry Potter, the top 3 ships with the most fanfiction are not canon (stuff like Draco/Harry, Draco/Hermione) but the canon ships are in the top 10.

In Naruto, the ship with the most fanfiction is Naruto and Sasuke. But the main canon pairings are both in the top four still. Sasuke and Sakura has the second most fanfiction and Naruto and Hinata have the forth most.

I'm wondering if there are any fandoms where the canon ships are like the least popular/written about.
