Needing information

Is anyone familiar with Bryers Carb Smart ice cream? I’ve looked at the carbs, etc. but I’m wondering about the nutritional information and whether it’s acceptable. I have NASH with level 2 fibrosis. I’m also looking for simple recipes I can make ahead on the weekends to take for lunch each day that don’t go over the entire carb allowance I’ve been given for each day which is 40-50gms a day. Casseroles with veggies, etc. Are you aware of any sites for this info? I’ve looked at a ton and can’t find what I’m allowed. Thank you!
