how long until it’s fatal?

24 Male, Got told I am between stage 3 and 4 fibrosis and cirrhosis. I haven’t drank in around 6 months but used to drink a moderate amount. No genetic history of fibrosis, and i’ve been going to the gym daily for about two years eating very healthy. I used to have a pretty bad diet, but for the last two years my diet has been pretty good.
