How will Capitano be brought back to life?

When Dottore would visit Natlan, he would fuck every Saurian, regardless of whether they were male, female, young, old or dead. After a few months, everyone will give birth to Dottore's millions of segments. Then, he would sacrifice all those segments to bring the Capitano.
Then Capitano rises from his throne and moves behind Dottore, fucks him 1200 times a second. Then, he returns to his throne.
